Versa display abruptly went out

My Fitbit Versa was functioning normally when the display abruptly went out. I attempted numerous iterations to restart, but nothing worked.

Even though it was fully charged, I also tried charging it again, but with no luck.

 

It was connecting with my phone app perfectly. I also tried changing the clock face via mobile phone which went well, but still  there was no display.

I have the same problem. Should we call support to replace the watch? I bought it less then 1 year ago
