Versa display is black

I have the Versa only couple months old but since getting it wet (supposed to be waterproof to 50 meters) the screen has died every time the other times it comes back eventually can take 12 hours sorry this isn't good enough, we are not your Guinea Pigs you can't expect us to pay a high price tag when there is a known issue maybe do a recall then issue them out when you have rectified the problems. I paid nearly $300AUD and I expect a better product than I received. The Garmin in the cupboard is looking good at the moment.

It's great to see you around @SunsetRunner.

I am sorry to hear about the display issue you are experiencing with your Versa and would like to know if you have tried the restart process? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your watch by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Robot Happy
