Versa display is blacked out

My Versa was acting funny for the past 2_3 days as the display will turn on music, Alarm, exercise and other apps on it's own. The battery was also draining every 2 hours but today the display is completely blacked out. Please help how I can fix this.

Hello @JoMgill 

 

I would try restarting your Fitbit Versa. Just press down and hold the button down on your Fitbit Versa until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa vibrate letting you know the restart is complete. 

If the problem persist try changing the clock face by going through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. Preferably change the clock face to either the original clock face or any other made by Fitbit to see if that helps.

Thank you, Megabite for your response. Unfortunately, this fixes who shared didn't help resolve the issue. My watch is dead on screen but I appreciate you getting back to me.
