My versa's screen has gone blank.
I don't know exactly when but probably after completely charging yesterday untill 7pm.
It is syncing normally, with battery in half at this moment. Also, the green sensor is working.
Sometimes, after press the mais button (at its left) I can see some lines at the screen and a bright border but no picture, clock face, etc.
What I can do to solve this?

Mine was on the charger when it happened. So it’s impossible to say, but I do feel it was due to an update. When I removed it from the charger I only get the Fitbit logo flashing on my screen.

Curious what you ended up getting? My Versa is having display issues, similar to others in this thread. I thought I would go to Apple but am leaning toward a Garmin Venu.

If the screen is blank, you're not going to correct it by a restart that you can't see! It's a big fault on the versa by the sounds of it as mine has gone after only two & a half years. The battery life started dropping then a line would appear down the side. Today, it completely fizzed out! It is just such a shame that all fitbits don't last beyond about a year or two when they cost so much. They either need improving, I.e. need to last a lot longer or the price of them needs to come down!
