Versa display is slow and won't respond

Hello, the touchscreen of my smartwatch versa fitbit was slow lately and stopped responding, now the screen has turned black and I can not do anything with the clock, which is the procedure to be taken. I already tried to reset it, but it also did not work. Thank you very much in advance.

Hey @RicardoBrino, welcome to the Community! Let me ask you this, when you plug your Versa into the charging cable, can you see that is charging? If not, have you tried to plug it into different USB ports? Or is just don't responding at all?

By the way, thanks for trying to restart your watch.

Keep me posted!

Can you possibly have support contact me too. My versa started dying very fast like with in a day. I've reset it multiple time to factory then the screen went black  I plugged it in and got th2 screen to come on and very slowly was able to get it to reset again to factory settings, after setting it up again it's very laggy again. It's almost impossible to use at this point  I just bought this in December 2018 shouldn't be having issues with it already. Mine and my wifes was purchased at the same time and hers is working fine. Mine is hardly working at all. I'm pretty sure it needs replaced.
