Versa display isn't working

My Versa screen is just a light glow. Nothing on screen. My Fitbit app says its charged trying to restart gets no results. Just two weeks ago it kept getting stuck on Fitbit logo for a couple of days. It took restarting 5 times then it worked fine again. Help!

If restarting it 3 times in a row does not help then contact support
