my versa keeps the clock in display while I’m navigating. So multiple layers in the watch overlaying each other. I have tried doing a factory reset but nothing seems to work. No apparent hardware malfunction. Anyone experience this before?

Hi @juliamssilva - is it possible you are seeing a burn in effect, where if a watch shows the same screen for a long time the image remains on the screen?
