Ho, I have a Fitbit Versa 2 with the following problem: when the screen is on and i put my finger close to the display, it turns off, making it impossible for me to access any of the smart watch functions. It seems the display feels my finger is close to it and it shuts off. I have already tried everything: changing the clock face, resetting to factory setting (twice) the smart watch; updating the firmware.
does anyone have the same problem? How can I fix it?
Thanks

@KRoberts6615, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Regarding the display issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if it doesn't turn off when you put your finger close to the display.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
