Versa display not displaying info correctly?

For a period of time my versa had started logging info that wasn't accurate (we live in a fixer upper and I chalked the extra steps up to if it charged and I wasn't wearing it- catching vibrations in the floor when we walked - it's not a huge house either- though it didn't do it when I first got it). Today I noticed it seemed like it had done it with the calories too.

I updated the firmware, and now I can't get the screen to go back to normal? It reads NA NANA or 0 in the columns and the tracking now only shows up on my phone . I' only had this since last summer so it's not that old .

I've done resets and those haven't worked .

Does anyone know how to fix this ??

Hi @Erinkae   Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

NAN stands for 'not a number'.  I suspect it's a problem with the clock face you are using.  Occasionally a clock face has been know to stop working, particularly with one not created by Fitbit.  I suggest changing to another clock face to see if that resolves the problem.

Let us know if that does not work.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
