Do not buy this smart watch! I was so excited when I got this watch. My family all had fit bits that have lasted years so I trusted the brand. Big mistake! After one of the most recent updates my screen went black. As I dug deeper online it seems this is a very common issue. I tried all reset attempts, contacted customer support who walked me through a few more. Due to me having the device a few months past a year they will not be replace or fix it. Just offered me a small discount for a new purchase. Sorry Fitbit.. not interested in spending hundreds of dollars more on something that will last me just over a year. This is very clearly a hardware bug, not due to damage or lack of care.
very disappointed!! Why is there no repair option? Seems incredibly wasteful to just toss out the device and buy a new one.
