Versa display not turning on

My Versa sadly seems to have died. It wont' charge, or restart it is a solid black face now. However there is a solid green light on the back of it, what does that mean?

Hi @Larahbelle, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If the heart rate sensors of your Versa are still flashing, this means that the device is working but the display is not. To confirm this, can you please try to sync your Versa or let me know if the device vibrates when you put it to charge? In the meantime I receive your answers, please check the steps to restart your Versa just to verify if you tried the correct steps before to posting over here:

  1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Ricardo,

Thank you for your reply.

I have tried everything to get my Versa working again. It doesn't vibrate, the logo doesn't appear when I hold the left and bottom right buttons down. It won't charge (been on the charger for days). However the Green light on the back is on and solid, no other lights are illuminated. So I am wondering what the solid green light means. Is there anything else I can try to kick start it? Or is it completely dead?

Thanks,
