To better assist you and identify the issue you're experiencing, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa are still flashing? Or is your device completely unresponsive? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa and let me know if the issue persists.

I have the same issue, happened yesterday. No reaction when I follow the steps for restart either.
