My versa's screen started flashing and then it went completely blank. I tried to reset it and it wouldn't reset or bring up the fitbit logo. I let the battery completely die and then tried to charge it and reset it, but the screen is still black. I was sitting at my desk working with the screen started flashing, I didn't hit or drop it.
I've already had my original versa replaced because the screen developed lines that wouldn't go away. Neither of these versas has lasted even a year.
