My Versa recently became glitchy when swiping screens then last night the display went completely blank after a full charge. The tracking still works as indicated on the Fitbit app and still feel notifications vibrate but there’s no display at all.
I have tried the 3 button reset and the left and top right reset but that doesn’t seem to work either. Have also tried fully charging again and no difference.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. Note it is using the left and BOTTOM right buttons.

thanks for the suggestion. I’ve tried it again, restarting repeatedly 5 or 6 times to no avail. No Fitbit logo powering up and nothing at all powering down, still unresponsive to the touch or to movement of the wrist. I wonder, is it repairable and where would I send it to- unless there are more suggestions to try?

Here's a good one.I followed the Customer Support link you provided which
took me to the Customer Support site. I then clicked on the problem I'm
having (Fitbit Premium/Premium Support) and the site said it was only for
Premium subscribers.which I am but wish I wasn't.

I ended up chatting online with Fitbit support and after attempting a factory reset that didn't work they said it was not repairable. Thankfully, I was still under warranty and I am getting a new one.
