Versa display not working

Today I looked down at my watch and the whole screen was shorted out. I tried restarting it multiple times but it’s still not working. I’ve only had this watch for about a month and a half.

Hey @Vicdroge, welcome aboard! Oh! I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa won't turn on. Let me ask you this, is it charging? If not, I'd like you to take a look at the tips in this help article: Why isn't my battery charging? If even after trying them and restart your watch, the issue persists, let me know. Hello, the Fitbit does charge. The screen flickers on and off. I’ve turning
it on and off multiple times but it’s still not working.
