Versa display won't come on

I bought my versa on the 27th December 2018. No physical damage has happened to the device and I wear it throughout my day like I would a normal watch, and of course in the shower too. After 3 weeks of use I went to the gym and did cardio, my watch stated I only had 65bpm and did not even realise I was working out, until of course I told it that I was doing cardio, which it then raised to 110+bpm. This was the first recognised fault. 

 

In week 5 (last week) my watch showed the incorrect time, even though in my phone app (which is synced) it still said the time zone was London, which was correct, for some reason my watch still displayed the incorrect time. When i pressed the single left button, the screen would Wake, however when i went to scroll down to my stats the watch would crash. Due to these weird faults.. I let my watch die and then charged it to full battery. Once charged, the faults were still present and my watch crashed every time I scrolled down. After this, I did my research and manually restarted the device.. it then appeared to work for an hour or so. My watch has randomly turned off since then and is a black screen no matter what I press or do. I am logged into the app and it displays that I have a full battery. I can no longer turn on my versa, I can also no longer reset it. The watch appears to be completely dead 6 weeks after purchase. I got the watch for just £140 during the December deals on amazon (from the official Fitbit retailer). What can I do now? Does Fitbit send a hassle free replacement or have I been completely let down by the company here?  This is my first Fitbit purchase. The product could only be returned within 1 month of purchase (im guessing that was just for a refund) can someone please enlighten me on a free replacement?
