Versa display won't go on unless I click a button

I purchased my Versa in July 2018. The display used to go on when I simply lifted my wrist up toward my face. A few weeks ago (before the firmware update), this suddenly stopped working. Since then I've had to click a button to get the display to go on, the accelerometer isn't doing the trick.

Any ideas?

Hi, reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and lower right bottom buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the button. See if this solves your issue. Good luck.

Thanks! Helpful. But I actually discovered a setting which controls this auto-screen-on. Not sure how it got turned off ... but, it's working now
