I have had my versa for just over a year. I took it off last week to charge and now it will not display anything. The back light on the screen comes on when you press one of the buttons but no clock face or any other graphic comes on.
i have tried all of the restart methods and factory resets that have been listed on this forum but nothing seems to work?

@modest_matt, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display won't show anything. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Thank you for your help @SunsetRunner.
I'll be around if any question arises.

Hi @Bobfactor, thank you for joining us in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
