Can anyone help as my display face has gone. Watch is on fully charged but no display. I have tried turning on/off charging for longer but still nothing . Any ideas?

My Versa screen won’t turn on. It is fully charged and works other than the screen. It logs steps and syncs fine. I have reset it several times but the screen is still blank. Help!!!

Versa screen wont come on, everything else works fine. Syncs well and tracks steps, sleep, etc. Cleaned sensors and tried resetting several times. What to do now?
