Hi, I can see a few people are having the same issue. My Versa stopped last night and won’t turn on, I’ve tried charging and holding the buttons.. Is there a quick way to have it fixed/replaced? I’m syncing with an iPhone and originally purchased from JB HiFi earlier this year

Hey @Cassi_S, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for trying to restart your Versa to get it back to life. Let me ask you this, when you plugged your Versa into the charging cable, can you see that is charging? If not, and still nothing comes up on the screen, try to set it up as a new device while leaving it plugged into the charging cable.
