Versa display won't turn on

My screen is black it vibrates when I get text messages and calls however the screen is black. A few days prior to the screen going black I could not amuse the touch screen to swipe down to view notification and daily stats. Help

  1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
