My screen is black it vibrates when I get text messages and calls however the screen is black. A few days prior to the screen going black I could not amuse the touch screen to swipe down to view notification and daily stats. Help

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To fix the display issue you're currently experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, please follow the next steps to perform a restart process:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
