I have had my versa for 14 months now and it suddenly started displaying HR around 170BPM - 200 BPM thus impacting calories burnt etc. I did factory reset multiple times etc and also raised a case with the customer support but it appears they dont know when it will be fixed. Can someone opine on what options do i have currently ? without HR i cannot use this watch.

Regarding the high heart rate issue that your Versa is experiencing, our Support team is correct. Our team is actively working on a fix to this issue and we expect to have a solution released soon. Once a solution is available, we'll make sure to post it on the Community.

so If i go and buy a new Fitbit Versa will be exhibit the same behavior? I cannot imagine people buying this watch and not use it because of this issue.
