Over the last two days my versa randomly displays the wrong time and won't sync. I've tried a few different things and nothing has stopped it from happening again. Anyone have any suggestions on what to try? Thanks

I have had the same problem with my Versa 2. I have tried everything that was recommended and I even received a replacement Versa 2 from Fitbit. Neither Versa has been consistent with syncing with my Android. If I were to guess I would say it only syncs 20% of the time. The other 80% I am turning everything off and back on again to try and get it to connect. I am at a point to take my loses and try a different brand of watch/tracker. Have had my Versa 2 since end of January 2020.

Same happened to my husbands which I am trying to sort out as he has lost patience. Mine is OK but his kept losing time and wouldn’t sync over the last few days. I tried removing from the app and reinstalling but now bluetooth cannot find it - to be honest I’m sick of it!

Had this same issue and tried everything. Last thing I did was a full factory reset and now it won't even turn on. Tried to restart (holding down left and bottom right buttons) but nothing happened. Tried to turn it on (holding all three buttons down for 3+ minutes) and all I got was a cramp in my hand. My next move is hoping for a replacement, even though I purchased mine from Amazon and my roommate threw out my box. Good luck!
