@Merjune, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it shows an exclamation mark on the display. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end please let me know how the factory reset was performed. Was it performed as described in this help article. If possible, please try this restart 3 times and charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the exclamation mark disappears.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

I restarted it 5 times and the last time I tried to restart it it showed the battery was dead. I then put it on the charger for several hours while I was at work and just tried it again and won’t even turn on now. Help! I love this thing and do not want it to stop working....I haven’t had it very long!

@Merjune, thank you for getting back and trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please clean the contacts of your watch and charger with a cotton swab in order to remove any dust from the contacts. Finally, try using other charging ports in order to see if your watch takes a charge.
I appreciate your time with this.
Let me know how it goes.
