Hello, this weekend I participated in a 5k and wanted to use the Versa run app versus Strava which I have been using for years. It was easier to keep my phone in my pocket and track off the Versa... however, it did a horrible job at recording distance. In 3.1 miles it only registered 2.8. It was a sunny day, no clouds to block the signal, my phone was connected, and was with me the whole time. Very disappointed because I could not accurately record my splits. Any help?

Hey @OtterlyAmazing8, welcome to the Forums.
If you are having issues with your distance data, I recommend verifying your stride length information. In this post you will be able to find some steps to follow and edit this. You can test your Fitbit later.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()
