Versa distance tracking is way off

I walk at 16-18m mile pace on a treadmill. I know my pace. However my Versa is about 1/3 behind when I have it track. Why? I am not walking. 24-25m mile at 3,6 speed.

@Kimmy28 It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your distance detection. Your device uses the number of steps and stride length to calculate the distance. You can improve the accuracy by measuring and logging your stride length. Feel free to use these instructions to do this.
