The last two times I have charged my fitbit, it reaches 97-98% and won't continue charging unless I restart it. I contacted Fitbit support and have been told to try a different USB port and only let it charge for 2 hours. Has anyone else had this problem? I think it's weird that the way I have been charging it has been working since last May and now all of a sudden it doesn't work.

@WenGrun are you using computer USB port? Try outlet and leave it longer than 2 hours. Honestly, if I leave it charging for less than 6-8 hours I never get 100%. I usually leave mine o/n.
ETA: You can also try rubbing the charging port with some alcohol, just in case.

Hi Marrrmaduke! Thank you for your response! I have been using a USB hub. I'm going to try the usb port on my computer and see if it makes any difference. We have always used the USB hub for charging our fitbits and never had a problem before. I have been leaving mine to charge over night so it's charging longer than 2 hours for sure; at least 6. For some reason the last two times that I have charged it, it stops at 97% and then 98% and won't continue unless I restart it.

@WenGrun definitely try straight from the outlet or computer port. Let me know how it goes.
