Recently bought an fitbit versa.
Only problem I have is that the versa does not hold the wifi connection so i can’t update and load music using the wifi connection.
i can configure a wifi connection on the versa and this connection is visible. The next moment the wifi connection is displayed but does not function. In the list of wifi networks that are available, the connected wifi is als named with better signal receiving. You can connect again with this wifi network, but the same result. It won,t function.
i tried to get a solution of fitbit support but the only thing they advise are the standard actions ( reset, install the app again, try pc in stead of mobile phone, etc). I did that all but no positiv result.
I think something is wrong with the wifi part of the versa, but had someone else the same problem and a solution ?
