Versa does not receive calls or messages update..sort of...

I have had my versa about a week, I have not been able to receive notifications for texts, calls etc. I did try every thing possible, so I called support. This rep was wonderful.  We went through everything you could do and it continued to fail. The very last thing I am trying as we speak is a phone update. I usually do not do the updates because I found I never liked them and my phone seemed worse, but I had to do it. Those who have the same issue, maybe this will work for you too. If it worked, I will update. Fingers crossed!

UPDATE: I updated my phone, and so far I got the text messages to work...does not show who's calling and there is a problem with Pandora.... getting there!

Just make sure you have a name against each contact that calls. I just added a new contact this weekend and his name is coming up on my versa screen.

Everyone in my contacts is by name.  I am receiving tx messages , but not the call notifications.. The pandora app says there is a problem with my subscription, check pandora on the fitbit app..can't figure it out..never expected these problems. It was a few hours with the fitbit rep. Hopefully soon I will have everything working the way it should be..the main reason I got the versa from the charge 2..  lets see if I can get this resolved asap. Thanks again for your help!

We don't have pandora in the country I'm in, sorry can't help you with that.
