Versa does not register activity and calories

My Versa has not worked correctly since I got it as a Christmas gift. The company keeps telling me they are working on the problem. It doesn’t register activity and calorie count usually register 700 a day even when the steps register 10,000. What do I do?

@ggrand2 Does your Versa track your heart rate? Are the sensor lights blinking? If not, that could explain no calories and active minutes. Please go to Settings app on your Versa (swiping left), tap it and scroll down to heart rate. Please toggle it ON and OFF with a reboot of versa in between. You can reboot your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears. Also, make sure you're wearing Versa's band tight enough, and that Versa's battery is not critically low (anything between below 10-15) as the sensor may turn off automatically. I recommend toggling the heart rate settings ON/OFF, rebooting and placing on charger. Good luck!

Sent from Mail for Windows 10 The versa shows calorie and activity in the app. It does the the same as my Blaze.
When I commuted with support I was told they have this same problem with many other versa owners. They have been working on this for at least 3 months.

I'm having a similar problem. I left my Fitbit behind while I was on vacation as I was traveling in Africa and didn't want to bring the charger with me. Since that trip, it has not logged my sleep properly nor my exercise. I've restarted it. I've quit the app and re-installed it, etc.

Sent from Mail for Windows 10I have talked with them but get the run around that they know there is a problem in the app and they are working on it. I am quite upset because I have contacted them 4 times about the problem and when we will get results. I filled out a survey and was not nice to them. I feel they the surveys are suppose to make us feel good but I doubt if anybody actually reads the messages. I never get any response from them. Hopefully if people keep on them we will get results. Maybe we will be lucky and they will fix the problem before the warranty runs out.
