Versa does not sync and freezes a lot

My Versa 2 does not sync properly. I have to try over and over. I have shut down the watch a few times and I am still having an issue. It is also freezing and leaves the logo picture on the screen. Any help is appreciated.

Yep... My wife's Versa all of a sudden started battery draining something terrible. Had to charge sometimes 3 times a day.  I fnally swapped watches with her because she is the only one that gets a Wellness break on Medical Premiums. Since I went on Medicare they kicked me to the curb. I guess they want us to croak so I stop drawing Social Security and being on Medicare.  Anyway, the heart beat quit too. I rebooted several times, nothing helped.  THen it started rebooting on it's own. I finally took the heart beat off and the battery quit being eaten alive.  I killed the activity function also as it quit working.  Now every now and then the watch just reboots on its own. It will lock up sometimes on the charger also. Sometimes it won't sync worh a dime. Have to reboot. I'm kinda done with all of this, just waiting for it to finally die. I have no intension of getting anything new. Kind of done with this stuff since my steps don't matter anymore for Healthcare premium reduction. Not putting my money into this stuff anymore.

I've had sync issues with my Versa 2 since day 1!  I have to force stop the app and restart my tracker almost every day to make it sync.  I've tried every tip I've seen, nothing works.  So annoying.  Worse purchase ever!  Fitbit even sent me a replacement tracker for another issue, but the sync still doesn't work.
