Versa does not track sleep and heart rate

I moved from Italy to Spain (Mallorca) for vacation and fitbit does not recognize sleep or any info on sleeping phases and therefore it does not calculate base heart rate and does not show heart rate at all. Is it a problem of the tracker or of the app or due to changing country of connection?
