Hi there.
I am struggling tot pair my Fitbit Versa to my phone again.
It was struggling to sync so I removed the Fitbit, but now it does not want to connect again at all.
It also says WIFI cant be found and my app does not have wifi settings.
Please help!
it is making me crazy as this is my second Versa after the first one froze.

Hi, which phone are you using? Did you remove your Versa from the Fitbit app? Meanwhile try the following:
1. Deinstall Fitbit from your phone and restart your phone.
2. Reinstall Fitbit app again on your phone and restart it again.
3. Reboot your Versa by pressing the left and right lower buttons untill Fitbit logo appears in the display. After you see this, release the buttons.
3. Go to the Fitbit app and see if it shows your Versa or not. If the Versa is still present (when no device is present, just press add device), press setup a new device and choose simply the Versa again. Fitbit will then ask you if you want to replace the present one and click yes and it will start the setup process all over again.
BTW, do not forget to have your Versa in the charger and connected to your PC during the entire setup procedure, so plug it in your PC before starting point 3.

I have a Huawei P10. It was working fine for a few month now and suddenly it stopped. So I removed it from the app to reinstall it.
It is in the charger etc. It wont go further. It stops where it needs to connect to the Versa. I can still put a pin in and then it just keeps connecting. It does not want to go further and on the versa it does not look like connecting it just says wifi not found.
I already tried al these things, nothing will work.
