Versa does not want to sync with Huawei P30 lite

Hi, I've got a Huawei P30 lite and my fitbit versa does not want to sync with it automatically and it does not show notifications like phone calls. Does any one have any advise?

Hi, unfortunately your phone is not in the list of supported device by Fitbit yet, this may explain the problems you're experiencing at this very moment. Keep a close look at this site from time to time: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1. Sooner or later it will be supported, but as you probably know there are BT issues between Fitbit and Huawei devices.

Hey there any update on the huwaei P30 syncing automatically to the fitbit app?

Until now it still doesn't sync automatically neither do we get notifications 😞

It could be the battery settings as android uses pretty aggressive battery optimisation. Try this it worked for me https://youtu.be/a91CDZh3LlQ

I am looking to buy the Huwaei P30 lite as it is listed on your compatible phone list.

Does this mean that you have fixed the conflict since your last post  and that I will definitively be able to receive notifications(of texts and calls) on my fitbit charge 3 from my phone ?
