Versa doesn’t come on and won't take a charge

My versa comes on briefly on the charging dock then goes off... sometimes shows 0% other times, it comes on and but battery is blue...then goes off again. it’s been happening for 2 days now.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
