Hi all
I haven’t used my Fitbit for 4 months now, I’ve given it to my mum it was only 8 months old at the tine and worked well. We’ve been trying on and off to connect it to my mums phone but it just keeps saying updating for about 4 hrs then doesn’t finish the update saying it’s failed. Any help would be much appreciated. Hi @Boothy124, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your mother's Fitbit Versa is taking a long time in order to finish the firmware update. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.
