Versa won’t connect with Bluetooth and won’t receive texts/messages
I’m beyond frustrated with my Versa! I think I’ve done everything I have found for each of these problems and I can’t get my Versa back up and working. I’ve only had it since Christmas and nothing should be this difficult! Any help would be appreciated.

Although you've tried troubleshooting your device, I'd recommend to give one last try to the following steps in the given order:
On your phone's settings, tap on Notifications > Messages and turn on the options under "Alerts".
Also, verify that the option "Show In History" or "Show Previews" is set to "Always".

Here is a thread that I had. I was havi.g the same problem. Check your version of the fitbit app. When fitbit updated the app ot messed up my text message notifications. I did a lot of digging and it was the update. Hope this helps!
