Versa doesn't connect to my phone

Every time showing that check yr phone Bluetooth I try at least a 10 time but does not connected to my phone.

Regarding the connection issues that you are experiencing between your Fitbit Versa and your phone, I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, please check out this help article which contains a list of the supported devices.

 

Finally, make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help page.
