Today i had my new Fitbit Versa. But it won't connect to my Phone. I entered the four numbers multiple times, but after that…. nothing
I tried to switch it on and off, re-install the app, shut down the phone. Really nothing wil work.
I have a Samsung S7, android version 8.0.

Hi, since your device is in the list of supported devices by Fitbit, you should be able to connect your Versa with your Phone. Maybe this guide I wrote regarding updating to the new Firmware version, which you will also get now when setting up a new Versa, might be helpful for you. Main difference is that I use WiFi instead of BT to install the Versa. Good luck and hope it works!!
BTW, make sure during the setup that there are no other BT devices are near your Versa and your Phone, cause that might cause interference and thus leads to problems whilst performing the setup. Either switch off BT on all the other device or moves them out of BT range from your Versa and your Phone, e.g. 50 feet away. If there have been BT devices nearby when you first tried to set your Versa up, you can try to redo the usual setup procedure without BT devices around.
