I have gotten 2 Versa with same problems. I would like to know if others are having problems with their Versa? Swim doesn't work, floor count way too high. Too many steps, etc.

@ExerciseRaider Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your Versa with swimming, steps and floors detection. For swimming you will need to keep the movement for the required time or the Versa won't detect the activity, you can learn how to properly configure this and how it works here. Regarding the floors your Versa uses its altimeters to measure the variance in altitude so there are some situations that may give a false reading. Things like a working ac unit in a room, gust of wind, stormy weather or walking and driving through hilly areas may count steps. Check the time the floors were counted and see if this wasn't the case. Finally about the steps this is due to Versas' movement sensor. There are situations in which you will move your hands but won't be actually walking. For example playing the drums, burping a baby or clapping additionally to the vibration a working motor vehicle may have can cause that your Versa count steps but you can negate them by logging a driving activity. You can also wear it on your non dominant hand but select that same hand as the dominant one on the Versa settings to make it less sensitive to movement.
Let me know how it goes!

It still has problems. Very frustrating I had a Blaze that had no problem until the end. Steps and floors were correct. I don't understand why Versa has problems and Blaze didn't.

I have an opposite problem! My Versa always tells me I went for a swin while I'm folding laundry. Every single time.

@instantblue Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Versa is tracking swim when folding your clothes and for the delay in my reply. In this case it could be the movement you do when folding close are similar to the stroke while swimming. Still you can delete these activities to avoid an incorrect caloric burn calculation.
Keep me posted.
