Tried to update my info on my phone because I went for a jog this morning. It only picked up the second run and not the first half an hour. I tried to sync but it did not pick up the first run at all. Tried to restart the device and now it won’t switch on. Doesn’t even respond to charging

Same here. Versa worked yesterday and today I can’t get it to charge or turn on...

the same happened to me this morning. I put it in the charger and it is just black, no charging, nothing.

This happened to me twice, once 7 months into using one i bought; then again 7 months into using the replacement they gave me. Now I'm **ahem** out of luck and no longer interested in purchasing a new fitbit product

Happened to me three weeks ago. Tried everything. Was online with Customer Service for 45 minutes trying to fix it. Ended up sending me out a replacement (but noting mine was under warranty).

This happened to me just now. Won't turn back on. I clicked restart on the fitbit as per procedure as it wouldn't connect to my home Wi-Fi just kept saying "Wi-Fi off" on my watch. Now won't respond at all. This is a replacement watch after the last ones screen died. I have it on charge and the screen is just black no response even when the screen is double tapped.
