Hi @randrei. Did your Versa previously sync to your PC and/or iPad ... or is this a new issue? Please let us know then we can start trouble shooting from there.
Your question caught my attention because last week my Versa suddenly stopped syncing. After thinking through what may have changed, I realized it stopped syncing after I upgraded our WiFi router. I powered the Versa off ... turned it back on ... and everything worked well after that. To turn your Versa off, on your device go to Settings —> About —> Shutdown. Wait a few minutes, then press any button to continue. You can find more information here.
