Versa doesn't go past the Fitbit logo

Fitbit logo blinks on/off. I turned it off, waited a few minutes, turned it on(reboot). Same thing. Help!

@Hard welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display only shows the Fitbit logo blinking on and off even though you have rebooted it before contacting our forums.

 

Please have the battery to drain completely. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

As a side note, I would like to know if you restarted your Versa as described in this help article.
