I’ve had a Versa bought for me as a gift was reassured by the woman in the shop that it will let me send quick respond messages through iPhone but it dosent I’ve read it does and I’ve read it dosent because iPhone runs on IOS. Which is right and can I send messages of it? We did research and it does say coming soon with and apple, android and windows sign?

Unfortunately, you're totally right regarding the false information. The only smartwatches I know that are capable of sending short messages by the Bixby voice assistant are the newest ones from Samsung, but these are very bulky and are three times as thick as the Versa.

Hi, as far as I know, you cannot send messages with the Versa. iOS itself is not the problem cause Fitbit supports iOS and Android. Maybe it will be possible in the future with a Fitbit OS update or a new watch.

If you have notifications enabled on your Versa, you receive messages, Whatsapps, SMS and phone calls. Some people even think that you're able to answer shortly to calls, but that's also not possible at this very moment. For these, you will still need your phone.
