Versa doesn't play on Bose or Samsung earbuds.

I purchased the Versa SOLELY because it has Pandora. The Bose Buds play sometimes but only the right ear. The Samsung buds don't play at all. I've rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared bluetooth connections and reconnected. Nothing works. All I hear from Fitbit is we are aware and are working on it. Well fitbit... it's been months. Worst $200 I've spent.

Any time frame on when this might be fixed? Frustrated that I can't use my buds with my Versa.

Update please....I just purchased my first fitbit product (versa 2).

This product will be returned if you can't resolve the compatibility with samsung galaxy earbuds

I gave up. Still doesnt work. I assume they just want us to buy their
headphones.
