Mine hardly reads my heart rate no matter where I have it.. I basically have to have it tight enough to cut off my circulation for it to work and even then it loses the signal sometimes... My Alta HR I could wear loose like a bracelet and it would pick up my heart rate just fine..
I notice the green light on my Versa just seems to shut off every now and then. My Alta you could blow on the thing and it would light up. I don't know if the Versa just isn't sensing the movement and that's why it stops reading? Who knows.. Not a happy camper tho..

If you wear the Versa with the face on your wrist, the HR sensor will be on the outside and will not read your heartrate. I don't think your issue can be solved unless you wear the Versa with the face out and the HR sensor on your skin.

I don't think they are wearing their watch backwards..... They mean the square piece of the watch is on the inside of the wrist instead of the top of the wrist.... Like spin your watch around your wrist 180 degrees.. Not turning it inside out
