Versa doesn't record exercise unless synched

Hello all!

 

I'm interested in any help people have here. My versa doesn't record any exercise I do before I sync in the morning. So, to give an example, if I get to work (wearing my charged versa) and realize I haven't yet synced it with my phone app I sync it and it sets my steps for the day at 0? I find this incredibly frustrating - is this how it's supposed to work?

No it shouldnt reset the steps to 0 then. They should be reset to 0 at midnight and not at any other time. Try restarting the Versa several times and make sure the time is correct on it and see ifnit happens again. If it does you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
