In different opportunities I have workout for way longer than 10 minutes and I don't get any information after. I am just getting info regarding active minutes. I think must be a problem with the watch as I had other model before and I didn't get this problem. It is very frustrating.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your workouts. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your workouts' data properly.
