When will fitbit allow other apps the option of choosing the versa to sync with?
exampl :: trying to sync my walgreens app with my versa, but it doesn't have that as an option, has all other fitbits.

@sarahz1217 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! This is a limitation from the Walgreen's app. It most likely needs to be updated from their part but do take into consideration that the apps sync with your Fitbit account not directly to your Versa so choose a different device (maybe the Ionic if it shows on the list if not then something else) and your apps should connect and sync. You can also contact Walgreen's app support to see when they are going to update their app.

I contacted Walgreens and they said that the Fitbit Versa is not compatible with their system. Do you know whether that is accurate?

Hi @jilz4. It would be more accurate to say that the Walgreen app is not compatible with the Versa. The fix is for them to provide. As @AlvaroFitbit mentioned, “This is a limitation from the Walgreen's app.”

@jilz4 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that you can't link your Versa with your Walgreens app and for the delay in my response. As mentioned before the link is between accounts. You could try selecting a different device. Still like @SunsetRunner explained this is more an issue from Walgreens. You can let them know that you are interested in this integration includes the Versa.

I tried contacting Walgreens and sent some emails but I think I'm getting robo responses. It almost answers my question but not really.

Let me help you with the integration and thank you for contacting Walgreens. Have you tried using a different tracker to complete the integration. As previously explained the link is between accounts.

Hi! I did as the responses suggested and picked a different fitbit tracker, more specifically, the Alta. It connected accounts with no issues.

I actually would like some help too. I have a fitbit blaze and it seems compatible. The issues is that the fitbit app and the walgreens app are no longer syncing with each other please help me fix this.

I just synced my Versa 2 to Walgreens. I just selected the Surge since the Versa isn't listed. Worked perfectly.
