My Versa says it has 32.68.9.15, but the website says the latest version is 32.70.8.0
However, when I check for an update on the app, I get the message "Versa is up to date!".
Am I doing something wrong? Why can I not update to the latest version?

Hi @Jimbo68, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the firmware version that your Fitbit Versa is showing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email in regards a battery issue. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
